Spout is seeking a CRO Lead to work fully remotely.
You will own every conversion test across the site, landing pages, paid funnels, and on-site/offers, setting strategy and shipping winners.
You’ll build backlogs, brief QA, and drive rapid testing and optimization with data-backed results.
We require 3–4+ years in CRO for Shopify DTC brands, deep Intelligems experience, and a track record of lifting CVR, AOV or RPV.
This role is fully remote, fast-paced, and highly impact-driven.
