Introduction: We are seeking a skilled Power BI Developer with 5+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. This role plays a critical part in transforming complex data into insightful, actionable business intelligence reports and dashboards that drive strategic decision-making across the organization. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain scalable BI solutions that enhance data visibility and support business objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop, design, and maintain interactive Power BI reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with business analysts and data engineers to gather and understand business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
- Perform data modeling, data cleansing, and transformation using Power Query (M language) and DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) to ensure accuracy and consistency of data.
- Optimize Power BI reports for performance and usability, ensuring efficient data refresh and load times.
- Integrate data from multiple sources, including SQL Server, cloud services, and APIs, to create comprehensive BI solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain ETL packages using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) to facilitate data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
- Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to data integrity, report functionality, and user access.




- Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and BI industry trends to continuously improve reporting capabilities.
- Provide training and support to end-users to maximize adoption and effective use of BI tools.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.

Proven experience 5+ as a Power BI Developer with strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and relational databases.

Proficiency in DAX and Power Query (M language) for data manipulation and calculations.

Extensive experience with SQL Server for querying and managing data, including writing complex SQL queries.

Hands-on experience in developing and managing SSIS ETL packages.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate are preferred.
