Role Description

The Appointment Setter is responsible for contacting prospects, introducing the company’s services, and scheduling qualified appointments for the sales or service team. This full-time hybrid role is based in Medellín, with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day tasks include making outbound calls, responding to inquiries, updating appointment calendars, and accurately recording contact details and conversation outcomes in the CRM or tracking tools. The role involves qualifying leads based on defined criteria, following up with potential clients, and coordinating with colleagues to ensure smooth handoff of confirmed appointments.



The Appointment Setter is expected to meet daily and weekly targets, maintain a professional and courteous tone, and contribute to improving scripts and outreach processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Setting Appointments and Appointment Scheduling skills, with attention to accuracy and timing.
- Candidates should possess effective Lead Generation skills, including identifying qualified prospects and following up consistently.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills, with a focus on empathy, patience, and problem-solving.
- Comfort working in a hybrid setup in Medellín, with reliable internet and a quiet space for calls when working from home.
- Basic proficiency with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and call or messaging platforms.
- Ability to manage time, handle call volume, and work toward daily and weekly performance goals.
- Prior experience in telesales, call centers, or appointment setting is beneficial but not strictly required.
