About the Role

We are looking for a Bilingual Sales Associate to support a U.S.-based furnished rental company offering short-term and monthly stays. This role involves responding to prospective guests, following up with leads, and converting booking inquiries into confirmed reservations.

Responsibilities also include assisting guests with property details, pricing, availability, and booking requests to ensure a smooth reservation process. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.

Responsibilities

- Handle guest booking inquiries through messaging platforms, email, and phone calls.
- Write clear, professional, and well-structured messages and emails in both English and Spanish.
- Follow up with prospective guests, address their questions and concerns, and convert leads into confirmed reservations.
- Provide accurate information about property details, pricing, availability, and booking requirements.
- Manage multiple guest conversations while maintaining timely responses and a high standard of customer service.
- Maintain accurate guest information,



lead statuses, and reservation records in CRM or property management systems.

Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience working with U.S.-based clients in short-term rentals, hospitality, or property management.
- Fluency in English and Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Experience handling customer inquiries and providing support through messaging platforms, email, and phone calls.
- Strong sales skills, including lead follow-ups, objection handling, and converting prospective guests into confirmed bookings.
- Excellent writing skills, grammar, spelling, and attention to detail when communicating with guests.
- Experience with Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, HubSpot, or similar booking, CRM, or property management platforms is a plus.
- Willingness to work either a morning or afternoon/evening shift aligned with U.S. business hours.
