Role Description The Visitador Medico at Evolucia SAS is a full-time, on-site role based in Medellín. The position is responsible for visiting healthcare professionals to present and explain the company’s pharmaceutical products, ensuring accurate and ethical promotion aligned with medical standards and internal guidelines. Day-to-day activities include scheduling and conducting face-to-face visits, delivering product information and clinical data, answering questions from medical staff, and collecting feedback from the field.
The role also involves maintaining up-to-date records of visits and outcomes, planning routes and daily agendas, participating in medical events or trainings, and collaborating with the commercial and marketing teams to support territory objectives.

Medico is expected to build long-term professional relationships with healthcare providers and contribute to the growth and visibility of the company’s portfolio in the assigned area.
Qualifications
- Relevant education in health sciences, pharmacy, biotechnology, nursing,
or a related field; prior experience as a Medical Representative or in pharmaceutical sales is an advantage.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain clinical and technical information clearly to healthcare professionals.
- Solid organizational and time-management abilities, including planning daily routes, prioritizing visits, and maintaining accurate records.
- Customer-focused mindset with skills in relationship building, negotiation, and professional follow-up.
- Knowledge of basic pharmacology, medical terminology, and ethical standards in pharmaceutical promotion; willingness to continuously update product and industry knowledge.
- Comfort working in the field, with readiness for frequent local travel within Medellín and surrounding areas.
- Proficiency in standard office and CRM software tools for reporting and territory management.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams; results-oriented and resilient in a dynamic environment.
