Instaleap is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to own the backend microservices behind Torre de Control, its operational visibility platform. You will lead feature definition, work with product, frontend, and QA to deliver end-to-end capabilities, and mentor mid-level and junior engineers.
You will handle incidents and improve security, performance, and architecture using Node.js, TypeScript, and AWS. The role requires several years of backend experience, production AWS knowledge, and strong
