Nvizzio Creations is looking for a Mid-Level Game Designer specializing in Economy & Live-Ops Systems to join our remote team

Location: Remote (Overlap with [Timezone Eastern Time u o ET))

What you’ll be doing:

- Design and balance multi-tier progression systems, currencies, faucets, and sinks.
- Build robust economic models and simulations in spreadsheets.
- Architect exciting seasonal events, battle passes, and live-ops content drops.
- Translate player analytics and telemetry into impactful design tuning.
- Bridge player-first game loops across both Mobile F2P and PC/Console experiences.

What we’re looking for:

- 2–4+ years in systems/economy design with at least one shipped or live title.
- A deep passion for systemic balance, player psychology, and ethical monetization.
- Strong English communication skills and collaborative problem-solving.
- Engine coding is NOT required—we care about your systems architecture, mathematical modeling, and player empathy
