Role Description

The Senior Operations Associate is a full-time, hybrid role based in Bogotá, D.C., with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. This role is responsible for supporting day-to-day operational processes across the investment lifecycle, including data entry, transaction processing, documentation review, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. The Senior Operations Associate will help streamline workflows, maintain accurate records, monitor timelines, and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. The role includes responding to partner and investor inquiries, preparing operational reports,



and assisting in the continuous improvement of procedures and systems. The individual will collaborate closely with investment, finance, and client service teams to ensure efficient, high-quality operational delivery.
