Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a Design Systems Engineer to own how client design systems are built. You will extract patterns from brands and reference sites into a token-based system with variables, modes, and core components for a reproducible pipeline. This is a senior, systems-first role focused on fast, correct setup across multiple client brands, not one-off pages or maintenance.
