Blacksmith Agency is seeking a senior Design Systems Designer to own how client design systems are built. You will extract patterns from brands and reference sites into a working system: tokens, variables, modes, and components that a pipeline can execute with precision. This is a systems-first, full-time, remote role for work across several client brands in the US market, with overlap to US business hours.
