We are looking for a People Operations Manager to join a dynamic and growing team in Medellín .

Location: Medellín, Colombia

Schedule: Full-Time

Work Environment: Onsite

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and optimize People Operations processes across the entire employee lifecycle
- Manage onboarding, offboarding, employee records, and HR compliance initiatives
- Partner with business leaders to support workforce planning and organizational growth
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture-building initiatives
- Oversee performance management processes and support leadership development efforts
- Review, implement, and improve HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Analyze people metrics and identify opportunities to improve employee experience and operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable employment regulations




- Support strategic HR projects and continuous process improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For:

- Previous experience as a People Operations Manager, HR Manager, HR Business Partner, People & Culture Manager, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle management and HR operations
- Proven experience working with U.S.-based companies (MUST HAVE)
- Experience supporting leadership teams and cross-functional departments
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced English proficiency (C1+)
- Experience implementing or improving HR processes, policies, and employee programs
