We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented Junior Digital Designer to join our team in a fast-paced fintech environment.

You'll work closely with senior designers to create and adapt digital assets for fintech, crypto, trading, and financial campaigns. Initially, your focus will be on localisation, artwork adaptation, banners, and smaller design deliverables, with opportunities to grow into digital and UI design.

What You'll Do

- Digital & Graphic Design: Create and adapt banners, social media graphics, promotional visuals, and campaign assets.
- Localisation: Adapt artwork for different languages, including Portuguese, Spanish, and Arabic, while maintaining visual consistency and quality.
- Digital & UI Design: Support website and landing page layouts, UI elements, and responsive designs.
- Team Collaboration: Work alongside senior designers, implement feedback, and gradually take ownership of larger projects.

What We're Looking For

- +1 years of experience in graphic design, digital design, or a related creative role.
- Strong foundations in typography, layout, composition, colour,



and visual hierarchy.
- Working proficiency in Figma, plus proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Basic understanding of UI/UX and digital design principles.
- Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and time management.
- A willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow as a designer.
- A portfolio showcasing digital and graphic design work (required).
- English is a must.

Nice to Have

- Familiarity with wireframing, prototyping, UI components, and design systems.
- Experience with multilingual or international campaigns.
- Basic After Effects or motion design skills.
- Experience or interest in fintech, crypto, blockchain, trading, or Web3.
