We are looking for a responsible, organized, and proactive Track & Trace Specialist to join our logistics and transportation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring shipments, maintaining clear communication, and ensuring timely updates on the status of truckloads.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor the status and progress of shipments in transit.
- Respond to emails in English and follow up on pending communications.
- Monitor WhatsApp groups for updates regarding shipments, drivers, and potential issues.
- Maintain regular communication with drivers, brokers, and the operations team.
- Identify and report delays, incidents, and any issues that may affect scheduled deliveries.
- Keep shipment tracking information accurate and up to date.
- Ensure timely communication of important updates to the appropriate team members.

Requirements

- English proficiency ,



particularly in written communication.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to monitor multiple shipments simultaneously.
- Basic computer skills, including email and WhatsApp.
- Proactive attitude, reliability, and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Previous experience in trucking, logistics, dispatching, or track and trace is a plus.
