OGS is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead client-facing projects and support the implementation of reporting and compliance-related programs. This role is adecuado for a highly organized professional who excels at managing cross-functional teams, building strong client relationships, and driving projects from planning through successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery
- Develop project plans, timelines, trackers, and documentation
- Manage project scope, risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies
- Facilitate client meetings and gather business requirements
- Translate client needs into actionable project deliverables
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates
- Create dashboards, reports, and project performance metrics
- Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders
- Support research, benchmarking, and reporting initiatives

Qualifications

- 4+ years of Project Management experience
- Experience leading complex, multi-phase, client-facing projects




- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and documentation abilities
- High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
- Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Hive, or similar platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work with teams and stakeholders across US Central Time business hours

Preferred Experience

- Consulting or professional services environment
- Regulated, compliance, governance, or reporting-related projects
- Business analysis, benchmarking, or research initiatives
