We are looking for a seasoned U.S. recruiter to join our Nearshore recruiting operations. This role is for someone with strong, hands-on experience recruiting for the U.S. market who thrives on placements, works closely with U.S. Hiring Managers and HR, and is ready to grow into a team leadership role. Prior people-management experience is a plus, but not required. We will invest in developing your leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Own full-cycle recruiting for U.S. roles, from sourcing and screening to offer and placement.
- Contribute to aggressive team hiring goals (~75 hires/month), with placements as the main KPI.
- Build strong relationships with U.S. Hiring Managers and HR stakeholders.
- Keep healthy candidate pipelines through creative sourcing and effective interviewing.
- Support and share best practices with a team of U.S.-based recruiters, growing into a player-coach role over time.
- Track and report on recruiting metrics and delivery.
- Suggest process improvements and new recruiting strategies.
- Work with cross-functional stakeholders.
