We are hiring a Senior .NET Engineer to join our team and help build complex back-end software solutions. You will work with a multicultural team spread across Brazil, Colombia, the UK, and the USA. All communication will be in English.

As a Senior .NET Engineer, you will design solutions, help guide less experienced developers, and help the team adopt new technologies and best practices.

What You Will Do

- Design, build, and maintain back-end services using C#, ADO.NET, and SQL Server
- Create and improve SOAP and REST APIs (following best practices and version standards)
- Write unit tests and integration tests to make sure services work correctly
- Find and fix problems in the code (root-cause analysis)
- Help integrate different systems and services together (using software design patterns)
- Review other developers’ code and provide guidance to junior team members
- Learn about new technologies and find ways to improve our current solutions
- Work on CI/CD workflows (automated testing and deployment) to improve how the team works





What You Need to Know

- Strong experience with .NET Framework and .NET Core in real production systems
- Deep knowledge of ADO.NET and SQL Server
- Experience with database design and making databases work faster
- Hands-on experience building SOAP and REST APIs
- Ability to work with XML (reading and writing XML data)
- Strong understanding of software design patterns and best practices
- Advanced English proficiency
- Ability to work well in multicultural, fast-paced teams

Soft Skills

- Communicates clearly with both technical and non-technical people
- Works well with others and values the team’s success
- Can adapt when requirements change or situations are unclear

Nice to Have

- Experience with cloud platforms (preferably Azure)
- Knowledge of specification-driven development (building code based on clear requirements)
- Exposure to Agile development methods
- Understanding of modern software development approaches
