ServiceNow Professionals Multiple Openings We are recruiting ServiceNow professionals to support a large-scale implementation and Service Bridge deployment initiative for one of our clients, a leading organization operating in an enterprise environment. Open Positions 1. ServiceNow Technical Consultant
• 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation and development experience.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM, Service Catalog, and Flow Designer.
• Experience with IntegrationHub, REST APIs, and system integrations.
• ServiceNow Service Bridge implementation experience is highly desirable. 2. QA / Test Engineer – ServiceNow
• 3+ years of QA and software testing experience, preferably with ServiceNow.
• Experience with System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Knowledge of ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) is a plus.
• Experience with defect management, integration validation, test documentation, and evidence preparation. 3. ServiceNow Hypercare / L2 Support Engineer
• 2+ years of ServiceNow L2 support experience.
• Experience supporting ServiceNow in production environments.
• Strong knowledge of Incident and Problem Management.
• Experience troubleshooting integrations, reviewing system logs, and investigating REST messages.
• Service Bridge connectivity validation and post-go-live support experience are highly desirable. What We’re Looking For Technical Experience
• Experience requirements vary by role, from 2+ years for support positions to 10+ years for senior and architecture-level roles.
• Experience working in enterprise-scale ServiceNow environments.
• Knowledge of ITSM processes, integrations, and ServiceNow platform capabilities.
• ServiceNow Service Bridge implementation or support experience is a strong advantage. Professional Skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders in an international environment.
• Strong documentation skills and attention to detail. About the Opportunity
