Responsibilities:
As an IT Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing delivery for IT production systems and services, driving incident, issue, and outage management, investigation, and restoration. You are expected to build knowledge and support the team while actively participating in problem-solving discussions. Advanced proficiency in Customer Technical Support is required. Intermediate proficiency in Customer Satisfaction is recommended. Develop a strong understanding of IT production systems and services to effectively support daily operations. Execute assigned tasks with attention to detail and ensure timely resolution of incidents and issues.



Collaborate with team members to identify recurring problems and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. Communicate clearly and professionally with stakeholders to provide updates and gather necessary information.
