What you'll do
• Set creative direction for the company in close collaboration with the Sr. Graphic Designer
• Develop highly visible new campaigns with a cohesive look and feel across ads, web, and email
• Keep brand and identity guidelines current and consistently enforced across all materials
• Oversee, manage, and prioritize the workload of the graphic design team




• Ensure all design output complies with global brand standards
• Align creative strategy across custom design and the templates system
• Enhance agent-facing templates to drive adoption and brand consistency
• Translate each project's needs into creative concepts that fit its purpose What we're looking for:
• 4-6 years of progressive experience in Graphic Design
• Proficiency in Figma (required)
• Proficiency in Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and After Effects; basic Dreamweaver is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related creative field ? 100% remote, home office for a U.
S.-based company.
