The role oversees 10+ employees and collaborates with Sales, Finance, Tax, and Legal to drive process improvements and system transformations, including AI-enabled tools for enhanced decision-making. Fluent English is mandatory and deep knowledge of LATAM tax rules, regulatory requirements, and risk management is
