REMOTE OUTBOUND CALLING AND SALES SUPPORT ASSISTANT

Advanced conversational English required

We are a U.S.based company looking for reliable, organized, and personable individuals to join our remote team.

We are currently looking to hire 1 fulltime team member and 2 parttime team members, with the possibility for parttime positions to transition into fulltime roles as the company grows.

These positions are primarily focused on computerbased work and making outbound calls to people in the United States.

This is not a traditional administrative assistant position. The role combines outbound calling, lead followup, sales support, customer communication, and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to people in the United States
Follow up with leads consistently and professionally
Speak with potential customers and sellers
Gather and update information accurately
Enter and maintain information in our CRM
Send texts and emails as needed
Schedule appointments when appropriate
Conduct internet and computer research
Complete administrative and followup tasks
Learn and follow scripts, processes, and company procedures
Move leads through the appropriate stages of the process
Maintain accurate and organized records

The majority of the work will involve using a computer and making phone calls.

Compensation

48 USD per hour, depending on experience and skills
Performancebased bonuses may be available for strong results

Schedule

1 fulltime position
2 parttime positions, approximately 4 hours per day
Must be available to work during specified U.S. business hours
Consistent availability and dependable attendance are required
Parttime positions may transition into fulltime opportunities as the company grows, depending on business needs and performance

English Requirements

Excellent conversational English is required. You must be comfortable having natural conversations with Americans, understanding normal speaking speed, asking followup questions, listening carefully,



building rapport, explaining information clearly, and handling basic objections professionally.

Experience working with U.S. customers is a major advantage.

Experience working for a U.S. company or serving U.S. customers is highly preferred.

Computer Skills

You should be comfortable using computers and learning new software, including Google Workspace, Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Drive, calendars, CRMs, internet research tools, phone or dialer systems, text messaging, Zoom or Google Meet, and AI tools such as ChatGPT.
