Overview
Join us and continue your successful career as a hands-on, personable, motivated, pro in the role of Spa Host at The William Vale. The idóneo candidate is an experienced, high-energy and outgoing individual who will proactively provide constant support, guidance, and exceptional service to our guests.
Responsibilities
- Greet and check-in guests with superior service adhering to The William Vale hospitality standards.
- Assist guests with all requests.
- Process payment with efficiency and accuracy.
- Daily set up and breakdown of Winter Spa.
- Ensure guests are aware of the rules and regulations of the facility.
- Report all injuries in compliance with The William Vale’s established protocols.
- Promptly answer emails and phone calls to assist guests. Extend assistance to resolve guest issues and communicate to relevant parties.
- Any other duties as assigned by management.

- Proactive approach to problem resolution, including: anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving issues as needed. Contribute to short term and long term problem solving.
- Outstanding communication skills and ability to effectively communicate with others.
- Outstanding organizational and time management processes.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions/situations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of Guest Service/Host experience required.
- Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds.
- Able to withstand prolonged walking, standing, stretching, bending and kneeling without restriction.
- Able to work outdoors in cold temperatures (snow, wind, rain).
- Capacity to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
