Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Drayage Specialist with at least 1 year of experience in drayage operations to coordinate container movements and ensure efficient delivery and pickup operations. This role is responsible for monitoring container availability, scheduling appointments, maintaining accurate records in transportation management systems (TMS), and ensuring compliance with operational procedures and service timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and monitor container movements throughout the logistics process.
- Ensure containers are delivered and collected within established timeframes.
- Monitor container availability and keep system records up to date.
- Coordinate delivery and pickup appointments with customers, carriers, and internal teams.
- Maintain clear and timely communication with customers and operational stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve drayage-related operational issues and customer service concerns.
- Ensure accurate data entry and updates in transportation management systems (TMS).




- Review operational reports, identify discrepancies, and make corrections as needed.
- Ensure compliance with established operational processes and procedures.
- Support additional tasks and activities as required by the logistics operation.

Requirements

- At least 1 year of experience in drayage operations.
- Knowledge of container transportation, delivery and pickup coordination, and container availability.
- Experience using transportation management systems (TMS) and maintaining accurate operational records.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet operational deadlines.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
