Sales Support Coordinator Location: Barranquilla, Colombia Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm CST Order Management & Sales Support Coordinator About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Order Management & Sales Support Coordinator to support our Sales, Procurement, Operations, and Customer Service teams throughout the entire order lifecycle. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate pricing, product availability, order processing, inventory coordination, and post-sales support while delivering an exceptional customer experience. The idóneo candidate has experience in order management, sales support, supply chain, or procurement environments and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative setting. Key Responsibilities Sales, Quoting & Customer Support Respond to customer and sales team inquiries regarding products, pricing, availability, specifications, lead times, and shipping.Prepare accurate quotations based on approved pricing and margin guidelines.Review customer purchase orders and convert approved quotes into sales orders.Provide timely order status updates and support customer onboarding, returns, warranty claims, discrepancies, and post-sales requests.Maintain accurate sales opportunities and pipeline data within CRM systems. Procurement & Supplier Coordination Source products and evaluate supplier pricing, availability, lead times, specifications, warranties, and shipping terms.Create and manage purchase orders while ensuring accuracy of pricing, quantities, and delivery schedules.Monitor open purchase orders and track supplier confirmations, shipments, and documentation.Support resolution of supplier-related issues involving pricing, quality, availability, and logistics. Order Management,



Inventory & Fulfillment Maintain accurate sales orders, purchase orders, product data, pricing, costs, warehouse locations, payment terms, and shipping instructions.Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Finance, Logistics, and Warehouse teams to ensure successful order fulfillment.Monitor inventory levels, incoming stock, allocations, and slow-moving inventory to support purchasing and quoting decisions.Assist with freight quotes, shipment coordination, delivery scheduling, and transportation documentation.Support the resolution of inventory discrepancies, shortages, damages, and fulfillment-related issues. Systems, Reporting & Compliance Maintain accurate customer, supplier, product, quote, opportunity, and order records in CRM and ERP systems.Support reporting activities related to sales pipeline, procurement, inventory management, supplier performance, demand planning, and open orders.Ensure compliance with internal purchasing procedures, pricing policies, approval workflows, documentation standards, and confidentiality requirements.Support Domestic Content and FEOC compliance requirements when applicable. Required Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in one or more of the following areas:Order ManagementSales SupportAdministrative SupportProcurement SupportSupply Chain CoordinationAdvanced English proficiency (B2+ / C1), both written and verbal.
