You’ll regularly check in with them, lead simple business review calls, and make sure they’re getting the most value from CommandLink’s services. Your goal is to help customers stay happy, encourage upgrades, renewals and new products, and support our low cancellation rate. You’ll work closely with leadership that’s committed to helping you grow and succeed in your career.Key ResponsibilitiesGet to know CommandLink’s technology and support approach so you can confidently talk to customers and answer their questions.Use our software to regularly check in with your assigned customers, understand their needs, and help grow the relationship.Work with your assigned customers to identify renewal, upgrades, changes, additional products and/or services.Learn and use tools like our CRM (customer database),
