About the Role

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering top-tier customer service? We are looking for a Move Coordinator to join our team in Colombia!

In this role, you will support two growing moving & logistics companies based in Austin, Texas: Unicorn Moving & Storage and Bluepoint Moving & Logistics. You will be the key link making sure every customer feels prepared, informed, and cared for before, during, and after their move.

Key Responsibilities

- Pre-Move Preparation: Conduct 7-day and 2-day confirmations, perform customer prep calls (parking, elevators, inventory), and collect necessary building rules.
- Dispatch Handoff: Ensure all job details (access, special items, inventory) are 100% complete in SmartMoving at least 2 days prior to move day.
- Move Day Support: Keep customers updated on arrival windows and delays in real-time coordination with the dispatch team.
- Post-Move & Follow-up: Follow up with 100% of completed moves, request customer reviews, and warmly respond to Google feedback.
- Claims Intake: Efficiently collect damage claim details/photos and route them to our outside claims team within 1 business day.

What We Are Looking For

- Experience: 2+ years in customer service, coordination,



or field operations (logistics/moving experience is a plus).
- Language Skills: Excellent spoken and written English (Advanced/Bilingual required); Spanish is a strong plus.
- Communication: Calm, warm, and clear demeanor on the phone, even with stressed customers.
- Tech-savvy: Comfortable working with CRMs (SmartMoving training will be provided).
- Location: Must be able to work in-person at our office in Colombia.

Schedule & Work Modality

- Location: On-site at our office in Colombia.
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM US Central Time + rotating Saturdays.
