You’ll have the opportunity to architect state-of-the-art reporting, optimize multi-touch attribution, and partner directly with key marketing and executive leaders to optimize ad spend and scale pipeline conversion.What you’ll do:Analyze full-funnel buyer journeys and cross-channel performance to optimize ROI across Demand Generation and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs.Architect, build, and maintain interactive, high-impact dashboards using Google Looker Studio or Tableau to deliver clear stories for leadership.Write clean, efficient SQL queries and Python scripts to integrate data across Salesforce, Marketo, attribution engines, and web analytics.Partner with marketing leaders to conduct variance and root cause analyses, providing proactive recommendations when KPIs miss targets.Design, evaluate, and report on A/B and multivariate tests to continuously refine targeting and improve web conversion rates.Skills & Qualifications:4+ years of experience in B2B Marketing Analytics, Digital Analytics, or Business Intelligence roles.Strong knowledge of SQL, data visualization tools (Google Looker Studio or Tableau), CRM systems (Salesforce),
