Here, your ability to drive change through influence and collaboration directly strengthens our organizational capabilities and delivers lasting business value.What You’ll DoIn this role, you will:Lead strategic initiatives: Manage the end-to-end program delivery of cross-functional procurement transformations and continuous improvement projects.Embed workstream alignment: Act as project lead for procurement initiatives integrated within broader enterprise programs, ensuring seamless execution with Legal, Finance, InfoSec, and HR partners.Facilitate change management: Apply practical Source-to-Pay knowledge to streamline workflows and drive global adoption of new operational processes and standards.Report to leadership: Communicate project status, roadmap milestones, risk mitigation strategies,
