About the Role

We’re looking for a Meta Ads Specialist who loves digging into the numbers and turning them into better campaigns.

This isn’t a "set it and forget it" role. You’ll run Meta campaigns for real contractors with real budgets, and you’ll be expected to know why a campaign is working or not. You’ll watch CPL, CTR, and ROAS, test new audiences and creatives, and keep improving results week over week.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Launch, monitor, and optimize Meta campaigns across Facebook and Instagram
- Make tactical adjustments to budgets, audiences, and creative to improve CPL, conversion rate, and ROAS
- Test new ad concepts and angles, and write StoryBrand-style ad copy when needed




- Work with the Media team on creative requests and testing
- Keep client dashboards accurate and report on key metrics and insights
- Monitor landing pages and support conversion improvements
- Prepare monthly performance reports and data-backed recommendations for client meetings
- Collaborate daily with the CX, Media, SEO, and Production teams
- Follow our SOPs and help improve them as we grow
- Have at least 2 years of hands‑on paid media campaign experience
- Are comfortable with Meta Ads Manager, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking
- Can read Google Analytics and reporting dashboards and explain what the data means
- Have used tools like ClickUp, Slack, or GoHighLevel (or learn new tools fast)
- Pay close attention to detail and can juggle multiple client accounts
- Are proactive, take ownership of results, and don’t wait to be managed
- Communicate clearly in English, written and spoken

Salary: From $1500/month (based on experience)

- 10 paid vacation days/year (+2 every year)
