At Koelnmesse Colombia, we’re looking for our Project Manager for Alimentec, a role that combines end to end project management with a strong commercial focus.

The position will be responsible for planning, leading, and executing the trade fair, defining and implementing commercial strategies, and ensuring the achievement of timelines, budgets, positioning, and expected business results through effective coordination of internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the planning, execution, and follow-up of the project
- Manage timelines, budgets, suppliers, and key stakeholders
- Develop and execute commercial strategies for the trade fair
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and key accounts
- Identify business development and growth opportunities




- Track commercial and project performance indicators

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project leadership, commercial projects, or related roles
- Experience in B2B sales, negotiation, client management, or business development
- Strong planning, coordination, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in food & beverage, FMCG, foodservice, restaurant chains, retail, or related B2B industries is a plus.
