Alignerr is seeking a Software Engineer to help shape AI-generated code across languages. This fully remote hourly contract role involves writing, reviewing, and refining code, and providing expert feedback to improve AI coding assistants for real-world software projects.

You will work hands-on with AI outputs, ensure correctness, performance, and safety, and design prompts to stress-test AI capabilities. With 10–40 hours/week, you’ll work independently with adaptable hours from anywhere.
