- Contact agents by phone to request, confirm, and update information.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls and emails in English.
- Collect and follow up on outstanding paperwork and documentation.
- Upload documents and enter or update information in internal systems.
- Review incoming emails and update agent records accordingly.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of agent information.
- Follow up proactively on missing information and pending requests.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team members when necessary.

A successful Agent Administration Support should have:

- 1+ year of experience in administrative support, customer service, back office, data entry, or operations.
- Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
- Experience handling phone calls, emails, and professional conversations.
- Experience updating systems, managing records, and handling documentation.
- Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
