We’re looking for an Account Coordinator with experience coordinating logistics activities related to chemical products, managing customer accounts, maintaining accurate data, and supporting inventory and invoicing processes.

- Coordinate product and customer setup to ensure accurate and timely order processing and deliveries.
- Support logistics operations involving chemical products, ensuring compliance with customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate master data and coordinate updates across internal systems.
- Support monthly invoicing processes and collaborate with the Finance team.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with customers and cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiency.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in logistics, chemical transportation, logistics coordination,



shipment tracking, or related operations.
- Experience in the chemical industry or handling chemical products is highly desirable.
- Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of HACCP, Food Safety & Food Defense, and cGMP is a plus.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, Word, and Teams.
- Experience with SAP, P21, or Fishbowl is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- High school diploma required; college education is a plus.
