We're Hiring: Trilingual Senior Analyst Order to Cash | Bogotá, Colombia
Are you a customer-focused professional with strong Order Management and O2C experience? We are looking for a Trilingual Senior Analyst Order to Cash to join our team in Bogotá and lead a high-performing order management function supporting integral operations.
Location: Bogotá, Colombia (On-site)
Contract Type: Indefinite-term contract
Language Requirement: Mandatory Trilingual Profile
- Spanish (Fluent)
- English (B2+)
- Portuguese (B2+)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end order processing, including order entry and validation, pricing and quantity verification, customer data maintenance, and delivery coordination.
- Monitor order fulfillment activities to ensure accuracy and timely execution.
- Perform credit and order checks according to established guidelines.
- Collaborate with Sales, Credit, Logistics, Billing, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth order-to-delivery process.
- Handle complex order issues, customer escalations, and cross-functional challenges.
- Track and analyze KPIs
- Support invoicing activities by maintaining accurate order data.
Requirements:
Experience & Knowledge
- Strong experience in Order Management within the Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle
- Knowledge of pricing, contracts, credit management, and logistics integration
- Strong accounting background and O2C knowledge
- Experience leading teams (+ 3 people)
Technical Skills
- Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Knowledge of customer master data and pricing conditions
- Experience with ERP systems
