As part of the MDM organization, Our Next MDM Lead will play a critical role in ensuring data integrity across the business. We are seeking our next Americas Supervisor to lead the team, promote operational excellence, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver consistent and accurate master data across all regions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and develop the Master Data Management team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Create and deliver clear guidelines for local offices, ensuring consistent data management practices across all regions.
- Analyze customer data trends and identify opportunities for process enhancements and data optimization.
- Oversee data quality standards, ensuring information remains accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Ensure master data is securely maintained and protected in accordance with data governance and compliance requirements.
- Promote data management best practices through training, coaching, and ongoing support for system users.
- Generate and analyze data-driven insights and reports to support operational and strategic decision-making.
- Establish, implement,



and monitor global data governance standards to ensure alignment and consistency across the organization.
- Leverage MDM tools and technologies to design, enhance, support, and optimize master data processes across multiple domains.
- Track and drive the achievement of Master Data Management KPIs and service performance objectives.
- Partner closely with business and technical stakeholders to define, implement, and enforce Master Data standards and designs.

Competencies and Skills

- Possesses strong analytical and critical thinking.
- Office knowledge - very good excel skills

Experience and Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years of experience in similar position (Preferably in a Shared Service environment).
- University/College Degree, preferably in IT.
- Conversational English (Mandatory)
- Experience with process documentation will be an asset.
- Knowledge of MS Access is preferable, but not mandatory
