Numerator is seeking a Sales Compensation Analyst to own and continually improve our commissions process. You will ensure accurate calculations, timely delivery, and scalable controls across Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, Payroll, and People teams.

You will analyze data, resolve discrepancies, and partner with stakeholders to automate and simplify how commissions are managed, while maintaining auditable documentation and clear communication of plans and payouts.
