THE/STUDIO is a fully remote, independent contractor role focused on owning the customer experience from first touch to repeat business. You will shape the website, emails, and lifecycle flows to improve conversion and retention across general audiences.

You will work directly with leadership to influence product roadmaps, messaging, and growth strategies in a fast-moving, outcome-driven environment. Strong English writing and data-informed decision-making are essential.
