Zillow Group is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager for the Enterprise Show­case team. You will manage a book of larger, complex customer relationships, quickly build rapport and advise on best practices to drive product adoption and successful implementations.

You will act as a trusted advisor, deliver training, and collaborate with Sales on renewals and expansions, while leveraging dashboards to identify opportunities and optimize customer health.
