Holcim seeks an IAM Expert to lead the architecture, development, and implementation of User Lifecycle Management solutions. You will engineer Sail Point integrations, write Java rules, and implement PAM, SSO, and MFA workflows.

As part of the Americas Digital Center, you will collaborate with Cybersecurity and Cloud teams to onboard applications, conduct role mining, and ensure SoD compliance while adopting Dev Ops and Infrastructure as Code practices.
