Auxis is seeking a Voice Engineer to own day‑to‑day support for a Cisco CUCM‑based voice and UC environment. You will execute MACDs, troubleshoot voice quality, and assist in decommissioning legacy systems across multiple sites in the Americas. You will collaborate with network and telecom teams, coordinate with carriers, and help migrate to cloud-based calling solutions, including Teams Phone where applicable.
