Worldpanel, part of Numerator, is seeking a General Compensation Manager to lead compensation programs worldwide. You will evolve the philosophy, simplify processes, and ensure leaders and employees understand and apply the compensation strategy.

Based in Bogotá with a hybrid schedule, you will partner with Talent leadership and the CHRO, build a high-performing Compensation Team, and influence decisions across Finance, Legal, and business units. Fluent English is required.
