- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent qualification
- 3 to 5 years of experience in software engineering or a similar role, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience
- At least 3 years of production-level Python development experience using modern web frameworks such as Django, FastAPI, or Flask Technical Skills and Expertise
- Experience in designing, developing, and consuming RESTful APIs
- Strong knowledge of relational databases and SQL, preferably PostgreSQL
- Experience with background job processing and task queues, such as Celery or similar technologies
- In-depth knowledge of automated testing frameworks, including pytest or equivalent tools
