- At least 6 months of experience in logistics or transportation.
- Experience using McLeod.
- English proficiency at B2+ or C1 level.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Track & Trace: Monitor shipments and provide timely updates on their status.
- Shipment Coordination: Ensure on-time pickups and deliveries by following up with carriers and drivers.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve delays, missed pickups, and other transportation issues promptly.
- Communication: Keep customers, carriers, and internal teams informed of shipment updates and exceptions.
- System Updates: Maintain accurate shipment information and tracking records in McLeod.
- After-Hours Support: Monitor ongoing shipments and coordinate urgent situations outside regular business hours.
