Are you experienced in legal intake and comfortable working with U.S.-based clients ? We are looking for an Intake Specialist to join a growing U.S. boutique law firm and serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients.

What You'll Do:

- Conduct legal intake interviews and gather case information
- Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls
- Document case details accurately in CRM and legal management systems
- Perform preliminary research and case assessments
- Schedule consultations with attorneys
- Provide a professional, empathetic, and client-focused experience

Must-Have Qualifications:

- At least 6 months of legal intake experience with a law firm or legal services provider
- Experience supporting U.S. clients
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Ability to manage back-to-back calls while documenting information in real time
- Experience with CRM and/or legal case management systems
- LeadDocket proficiency required
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and multitasking skills
- Ability to discuss sensitive legal matters with professionalism and empathy
