What are we looking for in you?

- Language level(s): B2
- Education: High school diploma (physical or digital copy).
- Availability: Full availability to work our schedules, 42 hours per week - 2 Days off!
- Strong commercial mindset and sales-driven orientation.
- Excellent writing skills.

Training Schedule

Monday to Saturday - 1:30 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Operations Schedule

Monday–Friday 11 a.m.–9 p.m., Saturday–Sunday 10 a.m.–7 p.m. (1 day off during the week, 1 day off on the weekend)

Total Hours : 42 Hours

Roles:

- You will understand customer needs through chat conversations and provide relevant product or service recommendations.
- You will deliver excellent customer service through active listening, clear written communication, and a personalized approach.




- You will handle confidential customer information with professionalism, care, and discretion.
- You will assist customers with product and service inquiries while identifying relevant opportunities to promote and sell offerings through chat.
- You will maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information and ensure a positive customer experience.
