We’re partnering with a multinational BPO company looking for a Sales Supervisor to join its telecommunications operation in Pereira. We’re looking for someone who can lead teams, drive sales performance, and help achieve operational and commercial goals.

What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in the BPO industry.
- Recent, hands-on experience working with telecommunications accounts or campaigns.
- Proven experience leading and developing teams, ideally within sales operations.
- Strong understanding of sales targets, KPIs, and team performance.
- English proficiency at B2 level or above.
