Latino Legends in Colombia seeks a proactive Recruiter who builds authentic relationships with candidates and goes beyond resume screening. You will shape the hiring process with a human-centric approach and collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Leadership to scale the team.
The role requires excellent English, a tech-forward mindset, and the ability to work 35 hours per week. Compensation includes a base of $800 monthly plus $400 per successful placement after the 3rd hire.
