NeoWork in Colombia is seeking a Data & Reporting Analyst to turn operational and sales data into actionable insights for our U.S. clients. You will build dashboards, monitor KPIs, and help teams move from reactive to proactive decisions.

You will work remotely as part of a integral team, handling large datasets from CRMs and operating systems, translating findings into clear recommendations, and automating reports while ensuring data quality and timely delivery.
