Wall Street Quants seeks an exceptionally resourceful Executive Assistant to enhance the CEO's effectiveness. This is a high-trust role demanding judgment, follow-through, curiosity, and action bias.

You will reduce CEO workload by executing tasks, documenting decisions, and coordinating across vendors, travel, and personal operations. The role requires proactive problem-solving, excellent English, and mastery of Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and project tools.
