Entre sus funciones están coordinar el sistema de Gestión Integral (calidad, inocuidad, medio ambiente, seguridad y salud en el trabajo) conforme ISO 9001/14001/45001/22000; promover BPM; monitorear programas de inocuidad y capacitar en BPM en planta.
